We had the delight of spending a sunny day on the shoreline with Tim Marshall, owner of Porthilly Oyster Farm in Rock, learning about his amazing oyster process! We even sampled our very first oysters, yum! Porthilly Farm will also play host to the inaugral Rock Oyster Festival ever on the north coast of Cornwall this weekend so remember to head down there.
